For the Steering Committee members, the terms of reference are as follows:

The Steering Committee will provide visions, directions and guidance to ensure the success of the various programmes of ESU;

The Steering Committee will attend steering committee quarterly meeting, and contribute towards the progress and development of ESU;

The Steering Committee will serve in the chairing and participation of programmes’ sub-committee;

The Steering Committee will serve as ambassadors of ESU in the promotion of the various programmes, and its activities.
