NUS - EU Project

On 1st Feb 2005, two EU Grants have been awarded by the EC-ASEAN Energy Facility Programme, through the support of the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE). A total of Euros 395,212 was awarded and the projects encompass a period of 23 months. These projects are led by ESU of NUS. The project team members include Belgian Building Research Institute (BBRI), the International Network for Information on Ventilation and Energy Performance (INIVE-EEIG), Centre Scientifique et Technique du Batiment (CSTB), IEN Consultants and the Malaysia Centre for Energy. These two projects are:

• Project 64-2003: Development of a Business Model for Building Energy Performance Services in the ASEAN Region
• Project 68-2003: Development of a Comprehensive Database for Building Energy Performance Benchmarking in the ASEAN Region.
